After last nights Board of Director’s Meeting Lieutenant Cody Carr was formally recognized for his prior promotion. While Lieutenant Carr was officially promoted back on March 5th, he was then deployed with the WV Air National Guard, and is now home with his wife and children after a long 5 month deployment! In addition to his Lieutenant role with our department Cody also serves as a Firefighter/EMT for the City of Nitro and a Tech Sergent and Load Master for the Air Guard.
