Anheuser-Busch Donates Emergency Drinking Water to Pinch Volunteer Fire Department

PINCH, WEST VIRGINIA – September 2026 — The Pinch Volunteer Fire Department is grateful to announce that it has received a donation of emergency drinking water from Anheuser-Busch, providing valuable support for local firefighters and the community they serve.

This donation is part of Anheuser-Busch’s eighth consecutive year partnering with the National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC) to provide emergency drinking water to volunteer fire departments across the country. In 2026, Anheuser-Busch is donating more than 1.5 million cans of emergency drinking water to more than 630 volunteer fire departments in 45 states.

For Pinch firefighters, access to clean drinking water is an essential part of staying safe, healthy, and ready to respond. Firefighters can spend hours working in intense heat, wearing heavy protective gear, and responding to fires, vehicle crashes, severe weather, and other emergencies. During extended incidents, having water readily available helps firefighters remain hydrated and focused while protecting lives and property. The donation also strengthens the department’s ability to serve the surrounding community.

This donation will benefit our members and help us continue serving the people of Pinch and the surrounding area.”
