On 3/20 at 15:06 hrs. Pinch Fire was alerted to a reported working structure fire on Blue Creek Rd. Crews arrived on scene to find a single story single family structure with fire through the roof. Crews quickly began securing a water source via fire hydrant, extinguishing the fire, and checking for any occupants left inside. It was quickly determined that no one was home at the time the fire started.

It took crews about 30 minutes to get the fire under control after other units arrived on scene to assist.

The cause of the fire is not known at this time, and the house it considered to be a total loss. No injuries were reported throughout the incident.

Mutual Aid companies from Clendenin and Frame Vol. Fire Department's also responded to assist.
