On January 2, 2016 at 01:46, Pinch Fire Department was alerted to a reported structure fire on Laurel Fork Rd. in the Dutch Ridge area. Clendenin and Frame VFD's were also alerted to respond for mutual aid. Upon Engine 22's arrival to the scene crews found a single wide trailer fully involved with fire. No occupants were reported to be inside at the time of arrival and was quickly confirmed when the home owner arrived. Crews immediately went to work to extinguish the blaze and secure a water source for the incident. No injuries were reported throughout the incident.

The West Virginia State Fire Marshal's Office was notified of the call due to a possibility of being arson and is now investigating.
