2 Entrapped, Escape Injury

On August 30th at 04:46 hours, Pinch Fire Department was alerted of a motor vehicle accident with reported entrapment. Assistant Chief 2 arrived on scene within minutes and reported a two vehicle crash with moderate to heavy damage noted on the vehicle's and two subjects entrapped. Engine 23 and Utility 25 arrived on scene, stabilized the vehicle and began the extrication process. Both subjects were quickly freed from the vehicle and turned over the awaiting EMS crews for evaluation with no life threatening injuries noted.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation by the Sheriff's Department. The occupants of the other vehicle were not injured.
