The Pinch Volunteer Fire Department along with the WV Division of Forestry would like to remind residents that the state’s fall forest fire season starts October 1st, 2014, and runs through December 31st, 2014. During these three months, daytime burning is prohibited from the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Outdoor burning is permitted only between the hours of 5 p.m. and 7 a.m.
