On 8/4 at approx. 01:11 hrs. Pinch Fire was dispatched to a reported structure fire in the 200 block of Brookhill Drive in the Rutledge area. Crews arrived on scene to find a single story structure with heavy fire noted. The residence was quickly found to be abandoned for some time and crews went to work to extinguish the blaze.

It tooks crews around 2 hours to fully extinguish the fire and crews quickly were put back in service. No injuries were reported at the time of the incident.

Malden Fire Department was also dispatched to assist.
