For the first time ever the Pinch Volunteer Fire Department put together a relay team for the Scott Firefighter Combat Challenge's Charleston, WV Event. The "Pinch Preconnects" came out and made a strong showing against teams from all over the Eastern United States. In the seeding run the team posted a respectable time of 1:56:02. After a short break the elimination rounds began. The "Pinch Preconnects" ran against a team from Myrtle Beach, SC. Although our team lost in the first elimination round our time of 1:49:73 was fast enough to qualify for a trip to the World Championship in Myrtle Beach, SC!!!
