During the late hours of July 12,2010, PVFD was notified to respond for a working single wide trailer fire. While en route dispatchers reported the dwelling was abandonded. Engine 23 arrived first and reported a single wide trailer with all windows and doors boarded up, heavy smoke showing from all sides. The crews acted fast and made entry. The fire was quicly brought under control and extinguished.
