Water Rescues in Northern WV

In the early hour's of Saturday July 29th several counties in WV awoke to rising flood waters. Over the course of several hours 4+inches of rain fell causing many area's of flooding. At approximately 6 am Pinch FD along with Clendenin (St.1),Frame (St.34), Glasgow (St.7) and Kanawha Co. Emergency Management took 5 boats and almost 2 dozen rescue personal. During the time of operation these crews aided in the relocation and rescue of several family's from the town's of Mannington and Farmington in Marion County. No injuries to the rescue personal or public that they assisted had been reported.
