On February 4th at 1450, Station 2 was alerted to a single vehicle accident in the 4000 block of Pennsylvania Avenue with double entrapment. Engine 23 & squad 2 marked on scene at the same time and found a Ford Ranger on its side with one male and one female patient entrapped in the cab. Vehicle stabilization was established and extrication had begun at 1505 by cutting the A and B posts on the passenger side and folding the roof to the drivers side. Both patients were successfully extricated by 1518.
